I dont watch the Olympics and have no interest in them what-so-ever. Call me whatever but give me a good ol’ football game and Im in heaven. I did read this piece, though, about the U.S. Olympic Baseball team getting into a fight with the Chinese baseball team! Yea! Not only did we win 9-1 but we got rowdy with ‘em and got a few of their people ejected. NOW THATS WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT!!!

The libs are REALLY trying to make something out of Tropic Thunder in which Robert Downey Jr. plays a black man. I dont remember anyone getting bent out of shape when Eddie Murphy played an old Jewish man on Coming to America or in White Chicks where two black males portray themselves as white girls. I dont see any problem with it either. What the libs and “black leaders” are saying is that Hollywood has a history of “black facing” and a history of discrimination against blacks….ok….Tropic Thunder is a comedy and its a challenge for an actor to play someone of a different ethnicity or race….
I SAY, shut up and if you dont like it then dont go watch it! Its America, grow up and quit being “offended”. Its ok to make movies defacing the name and the being of God Himself but its just beyond the line for a very talented white actor to portray a black man…freakin’ liberals.
They can say what they want about Ivy League schools but in my opinion they are simply academically over-hyped, liberal bastions of anti-Americanism, and are anti-God. Thats why when I see Princeton, Oxford, Harvard and other “great” schools I get ready for very liberal views. Are you surprised a “Princeton economist” has suggested this policy? Im not. It involves the government spending money and supposedly to help keep the environment clean (always a moralistic cause involved to justify government regulation or spending).
Its good to read pieces of news like this about the War on Terror. Nowhere does it use ninja words to insinuate anything liberal or anything else stupid. Its a straight up report from the front. Yes, class, I am aware it is from Fox News…supposedly a biased network.
Just another example of how we are losing our moral compass. Why is Kwame Kilpatrick still the mayor of Detroit? Busted for having an affair and never leaves office which shows a complete lack of morals on several levels. Two charges for assaulting officers? Instead of Detroit being outraged and getting this guy out office they’ll let him hang around because of his ethnicity and political affiliation. Can you imagine the Democrat Party demanding him step down? I mean, AS IF Democrats would do that. What a joke. This is what you get with these big urban, cesspoolsof liberalism.
Some Republicans are really using the August vacation smart; they are using it as a chance to slam the Democrats for leaving town without addressing the gas price issues. Also, in this story you can see how they are slamming President George Bush for not calling Congress back to session and for going to Beijing for the Olympics.
If Republicans were smart they would converge on Washington D.C. with all they have and make a media circus around the fact Democrats refused to address the situation at hand. Yes, Im sure they all checked the tire pressure on their vehicles before they left BUT we could use some serious discussions.
