Thanksgiving, Christmas to News Years is the best time of the year…food, family getting together, football games, celebration of Christ’s birth, the exchanging of presents…yes…GREATEST part of the year. This brings me to my point. Our country is very, very fickle and Americans feed on the appearance and glamor of things. For example, we vote for appearance over substance for president in November and we get totally wrapped up (no fun intended) in the materialism of Christmas…rather than the substance of Christmas. Look what happened in New York this morning for the Christmas shopping season…

This story SO exposes the hypocrisy of liberalism. Let me add another note, a state employee does illegal searches on the background of a citizen with so legal rights to do so and simply gets suspended for a month? Did you know the state employee who conducted the illegal search was also warned several months ago by the Governor NOT to use her job as a means to push her activist Democrat views on people? Yea…this story aggravates me about the hypocrisy of liberalism.
Supreme Court Justice Anthony Scalia is really a unique individual. He is a vocal critic about liberal judges who legislate law from the bench and use foreign law to “interpret” and legislate from the bench. Its a VERY scary thing when judges from the Supreme Court on down “rely on” foreign law to make decisions. Scalia points out, though, that liberals, in typical fashion, don’t always rely on foreign law; they simply rely on foreign law when its convenient. Here is Scalia’s point: More countries in the world do NOT allow abortion but you can NOT find any liberal judges relying on foreign law in U.S. court cases involving abortion. I am not surprised one bit.
Facing this scary threat of “interpreting law” our country elects THE most liberal Senator from the U.S. Senate as our next president. It is predicted he will have the power to appoint 2-3 Supreme Court Justices. Want to make a guess if they’ll stick to interpreting the U.S. Constitution OR “rely” on foreign law?

Listen, I am by no means WHAT-SO-EVER duped or fooled into believing that the Barack Obama administration will in any manner operate in a pro-American, Christian or conservative manner. I would extend that further by saying not only have those who voted for Obama voted for supporting abortion but also the radical homosexual agenda and thus condoning that evil practice. This fits well int Pope Benedict XVI’s stand against the world’s acceptance of this mess. Benedict ordered preists not to give communion to Mexican politicans that voted for or supported abortion in Mexico. The Catholic Church and I are miles apart in how we worship, etc. in terms to our relationship with Jesus Christ BUT I will give big props to the Pope’s attempt to stand against the secular, anti-God western culture.

Never saw the mention of God or Christianity in the quote? Of course not, the code word is Communism. The only way for Communism to exist is for the family and trust in God not to exist. It is a Godless social program and has been the cornerstone of what has set the U.S. apart from the Communist movement.
There was a ray of hope Tuesday when California voted FOR Prop 8 to protect marriage between a man and women (notice out the LA Times refers to it as “banning gay marriage”…always look at the wording closely gang).
Arnold Schwarzenegger, whose movies I loved as a kid, has really turned out to be a freakin’ liberal. Besides raising record taxes and pushing for nationalized health care (why the heck does that dude have a “R” after his name???) he is hoping the courts overturn something voted on by THE PEOPLE!!!!
